Financial fraud is becoming more sophisticated, including fake calls, impersonation, phishing links, AI-generated video or voice calls, fake financial products, false investment offers, and similar tactics. Always stay vigilant when receiving unsolicited financial communication.

To protect yourself, make sure you:

1. Invest only through licensed and OJK-regulated securities companies.

2. Avoid fake investment products that promise unrealistic or guaranteed high returns.

3. Never store or share your User ID, Password, or PIN on your phone or with anyone.

4. Do not disclose confidential security information to anyone — even if they claim to be officials.

5. Avoid clicking suspicious links or downloading unknown files.

6. Regularly change your password and PIN, and always log in to check your account history.

7. Activate 2FA or MFA (Two-Factor/Multi-Factor Authentication) whenever available for extra security.

If you encounter suspicious activity or believe you may have been targeted by fraud, report it through official channels:
